Yours to keep

Every session recorded

75 minutes a week

You meant it at 9am. You really did.

So why is there a glass in your hand at 6:40?

It's not willpower. It's not weakness. It's not because something is wrong with you.

It's because by the time you walked into that kitchen, the decision had already been made. About four seconds before you were consciously aware of it.

I'm going to show you exactly how that happens. And then, over three weeks, I'm going to help you change it, without asking you to give up wine, beer, gin, whisky, vodka, or a single thing you actually enjoy.

Give me 3 weeks. Just 75 minutes a week.

45 minutes live training with me, plus 30 minutes live hypnosis.

Personally guided by me, Georgia Foster. Clinical Hypnotherapist, 30+ years, and the person British and Australian media call when they want someone who can talk about drinking without the lectures.

This isn't about what's in your glass. It's about what happens in the ninety seconds before you pour it.

I The 6pm ambush

At 9am you are a
completely different
person.

A hand resting on a kitchen counter beside a wine glass

At 9am you are clear. Rational. Slightly annoyed with yourself about last night, but decided.

“Not tonight. I'll have a proper break.”

And you mean every word of it.

Then the day happens to you.

The meeting that ran over. The message you did not want. The person who was rude for no reason. The thing you had to smile through.

You drive home. You put your bag down. You open the fridge to work out what is for dinner.

And something quiet in your head says: “Drink?”

Not a shout. Not a craving. Not some dramatic, white-knuckle battle like they show in the films.

Just a small, reasonable, oddly persuasive suggestion. From a voice that sounds exactly like you.

For most of the people I work with, this has nothing to do with wild nights out. There is no rock bottom. No scene in a car park. No drama.

It is happening at home. Quietly. On a Tuesday.

  • The beer that gets opened while the pasta water boils.
  • The glass of wine poured “while I cook” that is empty before anyone eats.
  • The gin and tonic that marks the end of the working day like a full stop.
  • The whisky on the sofa at 9:15.
  • The cocktail you make because, well. Why not.

And here is the part that actually bothers you.

You do not remember deciding.

There was no moment. No weighing it up. No internal debate you can point to and say, there, that is where I chose.

One minute you were putting your bag down.

The next minute you were four sips in.

II The real diagnosis

You do not have a
willpower problem.

You have a conditioning problem.

And that is very good news. Willpower is exhausting and finite. Conditioning is just a pattern, and patterns can be rewritten.

Here is what your brain has been quietly learning, every evening, for years.

  • 5:30pm= drink
  • Cooking= drink
  • Laptop shuts= drink
  • Stressed= drink
  • The sofa= drink
  • Friday= drink
  • Partner pours one= drink
  • Kids finally asleep= drink

Repeat any of those a few hundred times and something important happens.

The routine becomes the trigger.

You do not need to want a drink. You just need to walk into the kitchen at the usual hour. The cue does the rest.

Which is exactly why you were being completely honest at breakfast when you said “not tonight”, and completely honest at 6:40 when it felt like a totally different question, asked by a totally different person.

Because it was a different question. Asked in a different state. Under a different set of instructions.

So this is what we work on

Not the drinking. Anyone can white-knuckle the drinking for a fortnight.

The thinking before the drinking.TM

Morning light falling across a table with a glass of water
III Three weeks from now

Picture a Wednesday,
three weeks from now.

You are home. It is your usual time. Your favourite drink is exactly where it has always been.

Nothing has been banned. Nothing has been thrown out. Nothing has been locked in a cupboard by a well-meaning partner.

But something is different, and it is small enough that you almost miss it.

The thought arrives: “I could have a drink.”

And then there is a pause.

A gap. A beat. A tiny stretch of space between the thought and the pour that simply was not there before.

And in that gap, you get to answer.

  • Maybe you have one. Maybe you do not.
  • Maybe you have it later, with dinner, and enjoy it more than you have enjoyed a drink in months.
  • Maybe one beer is genuinely, uneventfully enough.
  • Maybe you finish a gin and tonic and simply do not make another.
  • Maybe you leave a third of the glass and pour it away without it feeling like a sacrifice.

Or maybe you stand in your own kitchen and think, “Actually, I don't fancy one tonight.”

And you mean it at 6:40pm, not just at 9am.

Not this

“I'm not allowed.”

But this

“I get to choose.”

There is an enormous difference between those two sentences. One of them lasts about nine days. The other one lasts.

IV Who you will be working with

Don't buy another course.

Come and actually work with me.

I'm Georgia Foster.

I have spent more than 30 years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist working on one specific thing: the emotional thinking that sits underneath habits people cannot logic their way out of.

But here is the part that matters more than any of that.

I have been on both sides of this.

I know what it is like to drink more than I intended to. I know the 3am wake-up with the dry mouth and the churning replay. I know the very particular flavour of morning-after frustration. Not shame exactly, just that flat, tiresome “why do I keep doing this?”

And I have spent three decades professionally working out why intelligent, capable, high-functioning people can absolutely know they want to drink less, and still find themselves pouring.

So for these three weeks, I am not handing you a login and wishing you luck.

I'm your personal Drink Less guide.

Every week we meet live

45 minutes with me

We unpack the psychology of what is actually driving the pour, and I give you practical tools you can walk straight into your own kitchen and use that same night.

30 minutes of live hypnosis

You get comfortable. Headphones on. Blanket. Eyes closed. And I do the work with you.

V The obvious question

Why hypnosis?

Because there is a canyon between knowing what you want to do, and finding it easier to do.

You already know you would like to drink less. You did not need this page to tell you that.

I am not going to spend three weeks explaining that alcohol is not a health food. You know. You have read the articles. You have done the Dry January. You have had the conversation with yourself roughly four hundred times.

Information was never your problem.

A comfortable armchair with a blanket and headphones, ready for a hypnosis session

Hypnosis is commonly described as a state of focused attention in which people become more responsive to therapeutic suggestion. In plain English, it is the difference between being told to change and rehearsing the change until it feels normal.

And let's kill the nonsense right now

  • You are not unconscious.
  • You are not out of control.
  • You can hear me the whole time.
  • You can move, scratch your nose, open your eyes.
  • Nobody clucks like a chicken.

What actually happens is this. In hypnosis, we walk, mentally and vividly and repeatedly, straight into the exact moments that trip you up.

  • Coming home after a day that took something out of you
  • Walking into your kitchen
  • Cooking dinner
  • Seeing the bottle
  • Having one, slowly
  • Stopping
  • Having an alcohol-free evening that does not feel like punishment
  • Waking up clear-headed and remembering the whole evening

We are giving your mind a second, competing set of instructions for a moment it currently only knows one response to.

Psychology, plus practical tools, plus hypnosis, plus real life practice.

You learn it with me. We embed it through hypnosis. Then you take it home and live it.

VI The home drinking loop

There is a reason home
is harder than the pub.

Research into home drinking keeps landing on the same finding. Drinking at home becomes tightly wired to everyday routines, specific times of day, and emotional cues. Some studies suggest home drinking feels more habitual and less deliberately regulated than drinking out.

Which, when you think about it for ten seconds, is completely obvious.

At a restaurant

The world puts friction in your way.

  • You order.
  • You wait.
  • Someone else pours.
  • There is a bill.
  • Eventually you leave.

At home

There is no friction at all.

  • The bottle is right there.
  • The fridge is right there.
  • The spirits are right there.
  • Nobody watches the glass.
  • Nobody brings the bill.

And most importantly of all, your habits are right there.

So no, we are not going to bolt another rule onto a system that is already ignoring your rules. We are going after the habit underneath the rule.

VII The program

Your three weeks.

Each week is one live 75 minute session with me. Forty-five minutes of training, then thirty minutes of live hypnosis. Everything is recorded and yours to keep.

01

Week 01

The Drink Less Mind SwitchTM

Breaking the automatic pour

This is the week you get the pause back.

  • The 9am versus 5pm problem, and how to reconcile two versions of you
  • Mapping your personal triggers, which are more specific than you think
  • Wine, beer or spirit “o'clock” and how to dismantle it
  • Creating a gap between the thought and the pour
  • Making alcohol-free days feel ordinary instead of heroic
  • Slowing your drinking down so one lasts like one
  • Moving from automatic to conscious

45 min live training + 30 min live hypnosis

02

Week 02

The Inner Dialogue MethodTM

Working out who is actually asking for the drink

Because it is not “you”. It is one of three very familiar voices, and once you can hear which one is talking, the whole thing loses its grip.

  • The Perfectionist: “I've worked hard all day. I've earned this.”
  • The Pleaser: “I've looked after everyone else since 6am. This is the one thing that's mine.”
  • The Inner Critic: “You did it again. What is wrong with you?”
  • Interrupting the shame loop that manufactures the next drink

45 min live training + 30 min live hypnosis

03

Week 03

Future Fusion TrainingTM

Becoming a middle-ground drinker for good

This is where it all fuses together. We mentally rehearse the future version of you, the one who is genuinely relaxed about alcohol.

  • Drinking at your own pace
  • Stopping when you have had enough
  • Alcohol-free days
  • Social drinking, weddings, holidays, Christmas
  • Stressful evenings
  • Trusting yourself around alcohol again

45 min live training + 30 min live hypnosis

Someone leans over with the bottle and says, “Another?” And you hear yourself say, easily, with no edge in your voice at all:

“No thanks. I'm good.”

And you actually are. No performance. No white knuckles. No explaining yourself.

Drink with pace, not in a raceTM

If you are drinking on average 4 bottles of wine a week at $15 that's $3,120 poured into a habit you have been trying to change since, when exactly?

This costs less than the drinking does.

IX The guarantee

You don't have to take
a $997 leap of faith.

Just give me week one.

Here is my deal, and I will make it as plainly as I can.

Come to the first live session. Spend 45 minutes learning with me. Experience your 30 minute live hypnosis. Then take what I have given you home and live with it for seven days.

And pay attention.

  • Notice the kitchen.
  • Notice 5:30.
  • Notice the thought when it arrives.
  • Notice whether, for the first time in a long time, there is a pause.

Then decide.

If, within seven days of that first live training, you honestly feel “Georgia, this isn't for me”, email my team.

Georgia Foster

I will personally guarantee you a full refund.

No forms. No hoops. No awkward phone call where someone tries to talk you round.

You are not being asked to bet $997 on whether three weeks will work. You are being asked to give me one week and find out for yourself.

Yes, I'll give it one week
X Published accounts

Journalists who tried it,
in their own words.

“With a program to stick to, it's not as hard as I imagined. I have just had five small glasses of wine in the past 10 days, a huge improvement.”

Rebecca Smith

“My skin was clearer and I slept better. By the end of the week, my usual total of 40 units was down to 21. And the brilliant thing? I haven't had to give up drinking completely.”

Liz Hoggard

“My overall mood is so vastly improved that I am actually shocked by the change.”

XI Is this you

This is for you if…

“I want to feel back in charge.”

Underneath all of it, that is usually the whole thing.

  • You keep promising yourself you'll cut back, and keep quietly not doing it
  • Your drinking happens mostly at home, on ordinary evenings
  • One drink turns into three more often than you'd like to admit
  • Alcohol-free days used to be easy and now they're not
  • Your doctor has mentioned it, even gently
  • You're thinking about your sleep, your weight, your liver, your energy, your mornings
  • You don't want to stop drinking. You're not looking for sobriety or a label
  • You just want alcohol to matter less

And this is not for you if

You want someone to tell you alcohol is evil, or you are looking for a program that ends with you never drinking again. That is a different room, run by different people, and there is nothing wrong with it. It is just not this.

Don't give up your favourite drink

Change your
relationship with it.

Wine. Beer. Gin. Whisky. Vodka. Cocktails. Whatever is yours.

I want you to be able to enjoy it because you actually want it. Not because you are home, it is 5:30, and your brain has already decided that is what happens next.

Three weeks. 75 minutes a week. Thirty years of my experience, pointed directly at your evenings. Three live hypnosis sessions. And one very simple goal.

To put you back in charge of the pour.

Look. You have been telling yourself you will sort this out for a while now. You know roughly how long. And nothing much has changed, because nothing much has been changed.

Three weeks from now, you will be three weeks older either way. The only question is whether you spend them still negotiating with yourself at 6pm.

Come and work with me.

P.P.S.
